We have been manufacturing measurement and control systems optipa for over 30 years

As of January 29, 2024, we have become part of B:TECH, a.s., and are writing a new chapter in the history of our family business. Throughout its existence, it has supplied dozens of measurement and control systems to customers in many industrial sectors. Our OPTIPA systems are developed and delivered turnkey, based on strong know-how founded on our own research and development and collaboration with universities.

We offer solutions for non-standard technical problems that is compatible with the existing measurement and regulation technology equipment of the respective customer. The care of our customers and the development of our systems are now taken over by an experienced integrator team, a reliable supplier verified by the market – B:TECH, a.s.

Our Advanced Control Systems OPTIPA include the following control and optimization functions:

smooth regulation and stabilization of the main qualitative characteristic of the product being manufactured (e.g., thickness, moisture, etc.)

$

automatic regulation and stabilization of the production capacity of the line (e.g., a dryer)

$

reduction in the energy consumption of the dryer thanks to an advanced control function

In practice, the OPTIPAs function as a superset of the existing process control system (APCS). The interconnection with the existing APCS can take various forms (network connection, signal connection via data cables, etc.). The functions of the existing APCS are maintained.
