We have been manufacturing measurement and control systems for over 30 years
We are a Czech family company that has supplied dozens of measuring and control systems to customers in many industries. We manufacture and deliver custom-made systems based on our know-how, which keep expanding. Thanks to our own research and development and our cooperation with universities in the country, we have been able to offer our knowledge of advanced measurement and control in the paper industry to customers in the nonwovens, packaging, mineral drying, powdered dairy products and suction technology sectors.
As an engineering company, we also find solutions for non-standard technical problems, creating systems that build on the existing measurement and control equipment of the customer.
Our Advanced Control Systems (ACS) include the following control and optimization functions:
automatic regulation of the main quality characteristics of the produced product (e.g. moisture content of the dried product)
continuous optimization of the main characteristics of the produced product (e.g. moisture content of the dried product)
automatic regulation of the productivity of the controlled line (e.g. dryer)
automatic minimization of the specific energy consumption for drying the produced product
In practice, the ACSs function as a superset of the existing process control system (APCS). The interconnection with the existing APCS can take various forms (network connection, signal connection via data cables, etc.). The functions of the existing APCS are maintained.
